We have very low minimums but very high production capabilities so we can cater to businesses of all sizes. Please use the form below to request a price sheet and to submit any questions.
Here are some things you should know before ordering:
Naiad Soap Arts is a wholesale company and by ordering you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. If you are in the state of California we may ask for a resale permit.
There is a $100.00 minimum opening order and all subsequent orders are a $50.00 minimum. New customers may purchase a one time selection of individual items at wholesale price to sample. We ask that all first orders are paid in full at time of shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, or money orders. We accept checks for customers who have three consecutive orders paid on time in full. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment. To arrange credit card payment over the phone call 619-813-7219. Orders may be revised or canceled within 24 hours from the time they are placed.
***We ask that a 50% deposit be made on all orders in excess of $1000, when the order is placed. This deposit is non-refundable after the 24 hour window to change or cancel an order has passed.***
Orders are shipped US Postal Service or FedEx Ground unless expedited shipping or alternate shipping methods are requested. All orders are shipped from San Diego CA 92126. Please allow 3-4 weeks for an order to ship. Most Items will ship within 7 days of ordering with the exception of bar soap which may take up to 4 weeks to ship. We will give an estimated ship date at the time the order is placed. Sorry, we do not allow pick-ups at this time.
Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of the product we do not offer returns for refund, or returns for exchange. If your product arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the order and we will make arrangements to accommodate you.
We would be happy to work with you on a private label order. We can send items unlabeled, or the customer may supply the label created from specs that we provide. A 2% discount will be assessed for all orders shipped without a label and labeled by the customer. We do not offer label design services at this time.

We currently only ship to the United States but if you are a foreign distributor we would love to talk to you!
